Our initial goal with this online store is to make it possible for nearby customers to remote shop and reduce in-store foot traffic during the pandemic.
We will eventually be offering shipping on our website.  In the meantime, if you need us to ship you a product you’ve found on our website.  Give us a call, send a text or email, and we’ll get you info on shipping cost and time.

 

Return Policy during Covid-19

Standard return policies do not apply to Face Masks, Helmets, Hats, Gloves, Balaclavas, and any other items specifically marked exempt.  We may accept or refuse returns on these items on a case-by-case basis.

 

Closeout Items

Closeout and discounted items are (in most cases) not eligible for returns or refunds.  We reserve the right to refuse returns on these items.
We ask that you are patient with us in terms of processing returns. Your return will be processed as quickly as possible.

 

Regular Return Policy

Truly Spoken Cycles will accept returns within 30 days of original purchase date.  In case of delivery delays, we will accept items which are sent back for return Items must be in new condition, with original packaging and include all manuals and accessories provided with the product.

Returns and Exchanges can be done at the Truly Spoken Cycles retail store or by mail, but there are exceptions.

 

In-Store

Returns and Exchanges may be made at Truly Spoken Cycles brick and mortar location with the exception of bicycles, which must be returned or exchanged at the Truly Spoken Cycles location they were purchased from.

 

Closeouts/Discounted Product

Online

Returns/Exchanges from online purchases can be made using a copy of your original order confirmation email with written notes.

Please follow these policies:

-Use the original shipping container and packing materials, if possible
-You will be responsible for correctly packaging your return item so it is not damaged in shipping
-You will be responsible for all shipping charges for returned or exchanged merchandise
-Truly Spoken Cycles will cover shipping back to you in the event of an exchange
-Please ship all return/exchange items to:

GENERAL REFUND/RETURN INFORMATION

Special Order items are not eligible for returns

Refunds for credit card purchases will be credited to the card used for the original purchase

Refunds for cash purchases will be paid in cash up to $75.

A refund check will be issued for purchases made by personal check and cash returns over $75. The refund check should arrive via mail 7-10 business days from the date we receive the return.

Refunds for purchases made with a Truly Spoken Cycles Gift Card or Truly Spoken Cycles Store Credit will have a new store credit issued.

Labor fees, such as custom wheel builds or other services, are non-refundable.
